2024 Annual HOA Dues in the amount of $75 will be mailed out in the spring and are due by May 31st. If not received by May 31st, a late fee in the amount of $30 will be added to your account.
$75 dues plus $30 late fee must be paid by August 1st.
If not paid by August 1st, a lien will be placed on your property.
